Industry Registration Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally events occur that prevent you from attending the conference or an event for which you may have already registered. If you find that you are unable to attend, you may:

1. Send a substitute. Substitutions may be made at any time, even on site. Please contact PLANET prior to the conference or go to the PLANET onsite registration desk.
   
   
2. Request a refund. Cancellations will incur a $50 processing fee. After February 22, 2012, there will be no refunds.
