Shipping Information
Schools must ship their items to their hotel. Please do not send any shipments to the university.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally events occur that prevent you from attending the conference or an event for which you may have already registered. If you find that you are unable to attend, you may:
- Send a substitute. Substitutions may be made at any time, even on site. Please contact PLANET prior to the conference or go to the PLANET onsite registration desk.
- Request a refund. Cancellations made prior to March 22, 2012 will be refunded. After March 22, 2012, there will be no refunds. Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied only if the entire school registration is being cancelled. Otherwise, no fee will apply to individual student/faculty cancellations.
